• A multilingual call center is available that caters to the needs of those who face difficulty in registration or have other related queries.
• The Call Center is operational from Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

• NCS is connected to over 1000 job exchanges across the country, including 200 Model Career Centers.
• The portal has about 1 crore job seekers and 54,000 employers enrolled.
