The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer (IBPS) has issued notification regarding the 2021-22 IBPS clerk CRP exam dates on their official website.

IBPS has released an examination calendar on their official website for the year 2021-22. According to the official examination calendar, the 2021-22 IBPS Clerk CRP Exam is going to be conducted on August 28 & 29 and September 4 & 5, 2021 (tentatively). Check the official announcement here.

Though the commission is not yet released the official notification for 2021-22, however, the tentative dates for the IBPS Clerk Exam 2021-22 have been announced. IBPS Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2021

The IBPS Clerk Eligibility criteria are depending upon three factors, such as age, nationality and educational qualification. The candidates should also provide the original and photocopy of the relevant documents in support of their identity. Kindly note it down that the aspirants will not be able to change the category once they submit the IBPS Clerk registration form. IBPS Clerk Registration Process 2021

As per the previous years’ trend, it can be assumed that the IBPS Clerk notification 2021-22 will be released in July 2021 (tentatively) and from the same date of issuing the notification, the IBPS Clerk registration process will be started.

The candidates applying for the IBPS Clerk Exam 2021, must check the list of the required documents before filling up the application form. The candidates are advised to keep the following documents ready during the online application process.

  • Graduation mark sheet
  • Post-graduation mark sheet (If available)
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Signature
  • Left thumb impression (LTI)
  • Handwritten self-declaration

IBPS Clerk Exam 2021 Application - Document Size

For IBPS Clerk Registration Process 2021 candidates have to upload documents such as their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten self-declaration form along with their application.

  • Applicants must scan the documents using a document scanner (300 PPI preferred) or using document scanning apps using their smartphones.
  • IBPS can reject the application if the uploaded documents are not clear or blurry.

The candidates must also make sure that the scanned documents must have the size and dimensions as prescribed by the IBPS.

The candidates can reduce the file size and alter the dimensions using any photo editing app or online tools.

How to Fill IBPS Clerk Application Form Online?

The application process for the IBPS Clerk Exam 2021-22 is not active yet. However, IBPS will release the application forms on their official website soon in July 2021. Once released, the candidates will be able to fill up their application forms online on the official IBPS website.

The candidates have to enter the basic details to begin the application process. Follow the below-mentioned steps to start with the IBPS Clerk Registration process.

  • Step 1: Open a browser, enter - “ibps.in” in the address bar, and hit the Enter button.
  • Step 2: On the home page, find and click on the IBPS Clerk Exam 2021 Application link.
  • Step 3: Click on new registration.
  • Step 4: Now, there will a form in front of your screen. Fill that with basic details such as your name, father’s name, date of birth (DOB), etc.
  • Step 5: After entering the basic, details verify them and click on the save & next button.
  • Step 6: Upload the required documents and click next.
  • Step 7: Enter your educational details and professional details on the next page and click on the Next button.

Review your application form thoroughly and make sure that there is no error. Your candidature may get cancelled if any of the information is found wrong during the document verification process.

  • Step 8: Proceed towards the fee payments. You can pay the online application fees using online net banking/credit cards/debit cards.
  • Step 9: Download and save the copy of your application form along with the fee payment receipt for future purposes.

The admit card of the IBPS Clerk Exam will be available for download on the official IBPS site. The candidates can expect the IBPS Clerk Admit Card 10-15 days before the commencement of the examination.

  • The IBPS Clerk admit card for the prelims exam will be released in August 2021 (tentatively).
  • The IBPS Clerk admit card both for preliminary and mains exam will be issued separately by the commission.
  • Applicants must download the admit card for the IBPS Clerk Exam from the official IBPS site.
  • Admit card is one of the most important documents required to get entry into the examination hall.
  • Check and verify the personal details printed on your Admit Card such as your Name, Date of Birth, Registration number, etc. with that of your application form. Contact IBPS for any kind of mismatch or error in the details printed on your scorecard.

IBPS Clerk Admit Card - How to Download?

Once released, the candidates can download the IBPS Admit Card from the official site by following the below-mentioned steps.

  • Step 1: Open a browser, enter - “ibps.in” in the address bar, and hit the Enter button.
  • Step 2: On the left-hand side of the home page, click on the Clerk CRP.
  • Step 3: Now click on download Admit Card for IBPS Clerk Exam 2021.
  • Step 4: Download the Admit Card using your credentials.

After downloading the IBPS Clerk Admit Card, take out two prints of the same to carry during the examination. The candidates are required to produce a copy of Admit card along with a photo identity proof during the entry into the examination hall.

IBPS Clerk 2021 mode is online and objective type though the difficulty level in the Mains is higher as compared to that of the Prelims. The total time allotted for the IBPS Clerk Main Exam is 160 minutes. Also, each of the sections has to be completed in a definite time.

IBPS Clerk Negative Marking

  • There is a negative marking system in the IBPS Clerk Exam.
  • In both of the exams i.e. prelims and mains, one-fourth of 25 percent of the marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • However, there are no negative marking criteria in case of unanswered questions.

The results and cutoff marks of the IBPS Clerk Exam will be displayed on the official site soon after the commencement of the exam. The exam is conducted in various shifts and thus, the IBPS applies the normalization formula to normalize the scores according to the difficulty level.

Ques. Is IBPS clerk a permanent job?

Ans. After the selection of candidates through the IBPS Clerk exam, they will be on a probation period of six months. Their performance and skills will be evaluated during this period. After the successful completion of the probation period, the candidates will be appointed as the permanent staff of the respective bank.

Ques. How is the life of an IBPS clerk?

As per your age, your current age is 28years 2 months. You will not be able to apply for this exam cause the maximum permissible age limit is 28 years. However certain category of students are allowed relaxation in the upper age limit as follows:

Yes, you can as the examination is scheduled to be held in December 2021. So, if you are completing your graduation by September then there will not be any issue. You will need your graduation degree during document verification stage after qualifying both prelims and mains.
