IBPS Clerk 2020 Application Form will tentatively be made available on September 17, 2020. Candidates can apply for IBPS Clerk 2020 Exam in online mode only at the official website-ibps.in. The last day to register for IBPS Clerk 2020 will be October 9, 2020. As per IBPS Clerk 2020 Eligibility, any graduate falling in the age group of 20 – 28 years can apply for the exam.

  • The IBPS Clerk application process will go on from September 2-23, 2020. Check here for details
  • Candidates have to register online for the exam, fill the application form, upload scanned documents, and pay registration fees.
  • Application fees for general/ EWS/ OBC category is INR 600 and INR 100 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.
  • Eligible candidates can also apply for Pre-exam training while registering for the exam. 
  • Upon successful registration, candidates can download IBPS Clerk Admit Card in the month of November 2020.

How to Register for IBPS Clerk 2020?

IBPS Clerk 2020 Registration window will be functional from September 17 – October 9, 2020. All eligible candidates can visit  the official website i.e. ibps.in to apply for IBPS Clerk 2020.

Pre-requisites for IBPS Clerk Registration

  1. Active Email Address
  2. Valid Mobile Number
  3. Candidate’s passport size photograph 
  4. Scanned image candidate’s signature
  5. Candidate’s Left Thumb Impression
  6. A Hand Written Declaration 
  7. Marksheets of Class X, XII, graduation.
  8. Scanned copy of category certificate (if any)
  9. Banking details for payment of Application fees

Steps to fill IBPS Clerk Application Form 2020

IBPS Clerk application Process involves Registration, filling up the form, uploading scanned documents and application payment. All the steps are briefly explained below:

Step 1: Online IBPS Clerk Registration

  • Visit IBPS official website – ibps.in
  • Follow the link “ Click here to apply online for common recruitment process for clerks – IX”
  • Following window will open, click on “Click here for New Registration” in the yellow tab.
  • Enter your name, date of birth, email ID and mobile number and other details and submit. 
  • A registration number and password will be sent on your registered email Id and mobile number.

Step 2: Upload Scanned Documents

Candidates have to upload four documents – Photograph, Signature, Left thumb impression and Hand written declaration in prescribed specifications as tabulated below:

Step 3: Filling IBPS Clerk Application Form 

  • Candidates will have to enter their personal, communication and educational qualification details.
  • They also have to indicate their category, state, bank and exam center preference.

Step 4: Preview of Online Application 

  • Candidates are advised to fill all the details very carefully.
  • Before submitting the form, proofread all the entered details. 
  • Candidates can edit the form till October 9, 2020 for a maximum of three times.

IBPS Clerk 2020 Application Fee 

  • Candidates have to pay IBPS Clerk Application fee in online mode only. 
  • Payment can be made by using Debit/ Credit cards/ Net banking/IMPS/ Cash cards or mobile wallets.
  • Choose any one of the payment options and enter your banking details.
  • This process may take a while, do not refresh the page. 
  • If the transaction fails, candidate will have to repay the fees and the failed transaction fees will be refunded in 15 working days.

Hi Chinki, no, you are not eligible for this exam as candidates who are born after Sep 1, 2019 cannot apply for this exam in 2019 session.

Hi Sathupati, there is no provision of extension in dates of application by IBPS. Once the deadline is crossed, you will not be able to fill the form in any case.

Hi Suresh, if you have mentioned yourself in any of the minority community, then, you will have to upload the caste certificate necessarily to avail the benefits subjected to the category.

Hi Prakash, you can take your thumb impression and write the declaration on a white plane sheet, get it scanned and then upload it on the application form. If facing problem, you may approach any near-by cyber cafe, they will help.
