The Delimitation Commission is chaired by retired Supreme Court Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai, and its members include the Chief Election Commissioner and J&K's Chief Electoral Officer, as well as the state's five MPs. It was set up on 6th March 2020.

Answer:
In 1952, the Delimitation Commission Act was passed. And the Delimitation Commissions were established four times in the past for Parliamentary constituencies — in 1952, 1963, 1973, and 2002 — for readjusting the number of seats to states and territorial reconfiguration of parliamentary and state assembly constituencies.
