The correct answer is

Para language

The question distinguishes between the words a speaker utters and the vocal features that accompany those words, and asks for the name of the second category.

Those features are called paralanguage. The prefix para means alongside, so paralanguage is what travels alongside language - pitch, tone, volume, rate of speech, stress, intonation, pauses, and vocal fillers. It is not what is said but how it is said.

Paralanguage is classified as non-verbal communication even though it is produced by the voice, because it does not consist of words. Its importance lies in the fact that it can confirm, qualify or completely contradict the verbal message: the same sentence can be spoken so as to sound sincere, sarcastic, doubtful or angry, and listeners generally trust the paralinguistic cue over the words when the two conflict. A pause before an answer, or a rise in pitch at the end of a statement, can change its meaning entirely.

Physical language would suggest bodily movement, which belongs to kinesics rather than to the voice. Personal language and delivery language are not recognised terms in communication studies; the first suggests an individual's own style of expression and the second the manner of presentation generally, but neither names the vocal category the question describes.

Hence aspects of the voice other than speech are known as paralanguage.
