The correct answer is

1333

Test a cube-based rule on the whole numbers. For 12, compute \(12^3=1728\), and \(1728+2=1730\), which matches.

Check it on 13: \(13^3=2197\), and \(2197+2=2199\), which matches too. So the rule is \(n\to n^3+2\).

Apply the same rule to 11: \(11^3=1331\), then \(1331+2=1333\).

Hence, the answer is 1333.
