The correct answer is

Narsimhavarman I

Narsimhavarman I option is correct.

The Chinese Buddhist pilgrim Xuanzang (Huen Tsang) travelled through the Indian subcontinent between 630 and 645 CE and left a detailed record of his journey in the Si-yu-ki. On his way through southern India he reached the Pallava capital of Kanchipuram, which he describes as a great centre of Buddhist and Brahmanical learning.

Huen Tsang's visit to Kanchi is dated to c. 640 CE, which falls within the reign of the Pallava king Narasimhavarman I "Mahamalla" (c. 630–668 CE), the victor over the Chalukya Pulakeshin II and the patron of the rock-cut monuments at Mamallapuram.

Mahendravarman II, Parameshvaravarman I and Nandivarman are all later Pallava rulers whose reigns fall well after Xuanzang had left India, so none of them could have hosted him at Kanchi.
