The correct answer is

₹3600

In a ratio sharing problem, every share equals the value of one part multiplied by that person's ratio term. Knowing one person's share gives the value of one part, from which the whole sum follows.

Total parts = 3 + 5 + 7 = 15
Q's share = 5 parts = ₹1200
1 part = \(\frac{1200}{5}\) = ₹240
Total sum = 15 × 240 = ₹3600

Check: P = 3 × 240 = ₹720, Q = 5 × 240 = ₹1200, R = 7 × 240 = ₹1680
720 + 1200 + 1680 = ₹3600. The other amounts cannot be split in the ratio 3:5:7 with Q getting exactly ₹1200.

Hence, ₹3600.
