What Changed in NIFT 2025
NIFT 2025 question paper kept the same structure, but the move to NTA brought three main changes from the earlier NIFT years. These matter if you practise from older papers, because the medium and marking are different now. The table below compares the old and new rules.

NIFT 2025 Key Exam Details
NIFT 2025 GAT was held online on NTA's computer based platform, while CAT stayed a pen and paper test for the design courses. The table below lists the exam date, mode, medium and number of cities. Question count changed only by programme.

NIFT 2025 Medium and Mode
NIFT 2025 was the first bilingual cycle, so the medium is worth knowing before you practise. GAT was set in both Hindi and English, and candidates answered in the medium chosen on the application form. CAT is a drawing paper, and any Situation Test write-up had to be in English.
