NIFT 2024 Key Dates

NIFT 2024 Exam Pattern
NIFT 2024 GAT changed length by programme, and CAT was only for B.Des and M.Des. Design courses had a shorter paper in a two-hour window, while the technology courses had 150 questions in three hours. The table below shows the question count and duration for each course.

NIFT 2024 Paper Analysis
NIFT 2024 question paper was fair but time-tight, based on candidate feedback after the exam. The difficulty came more from the length than from tough questions, so time management decided most scores. General knowledge again favoured regular reading over last-minute study.
