The correct answer is

Jyotirao Govindrao Phule

The Satyashodhak Samaj was a 19th century social reform body set up on 24 September 1873 in Pune to fight caste discrimination and Brahminical domination and to secure education and rights for lower castes and women.

It was founded by Jyotirao Govindrao Phule, who also wrote Gulamgiri (1873) and, with his wife Savitribai Phule, opened the first school for girls in Pune in 1848.

Swami Dayanand Saraswati founded the Arya Samaj (1875), Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar worked for widow remarriage in Bengal, and B. R. Ambedkar was born only in 1891, so none of them founded this organisation.

Hence, Jyotirao Govindrao Phule.
