The correct answer is

K. Kelappan

K. Kelappan (1889–1971) was a Gandhian freedom fighter, social reformer and a founder member of the Nair Service Society. For his lifelong commitment to Gandhian ideals, he was popularly called “Kerala Gandhi”.

He took part in the Vaikom Satyagraha (1924–25), led the Guruvayur Satyagraha (1931–32) for temple entry of all castes, and led the Salt Satyagraha march in Malabar from Kozhikode to Payyanur in 1930.

T.K. Madhavan was the Ezhava leader who initiated the Vaikom Satyagraha; A.K. Gopalan was a communist leader and the first Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha; K.P. Kesava Menon was a Congress leader and founder of the newspaper Mathrubhumi. None of them carried the title “Kerala Gandhi”.
