All three statements are correct: TRALI classically presents within 6 hours of transfusion, is caused by donor anti-leukocyte (anti-HLA class I/II or anti-neutrophil) antibodies reacting with recipient leukocytes, and a 'two-hit' non-antibody mediated (biologically active lipids/cytokines) mechanism can also cause TRALI independent of HLA interactions.
