The correct answer is

Lok Sangraha

Swami Sahajanand Saraswati brought out the Hindi weekly Lok Sangraha to publicise the grievances of the peasantry — option 1.

Who he was. Sahajanand Saraswati was a Dasnami sannyasi who became the foremost peasant leader of Bihar. He organised tenants against the zamindars of north Bihar, founded the Bihar Provincial Kisan Sabha in 1929, and became the first president of the All India Kisan Sabha when it was formed at Lucknow in 1936. His ashram at Bihta, near Patna, was the movement’s headquarters.

Why a newspaper mattered. The tenants’ grievances — illegal cesses or abwabs, arbitrary eviction, forced labour and the insecurity of occupancy rights — were local and scattered, and the nationalist press of the day gave them little space. A paper of his own let Sahajanand carry these cases from village to village, publicise the Kisan Sabha’s demands, and press them on the Congress ministry that took office in Bihar in 1937. His other well-known journal from Bihta, Hunkar, served the same purpose in later years, and his autobiography Mera Jeevan Sangharsh records the campaign in detail.

OptionWhat it actually is
Lok SangrahaHindi weekly published by Sahajanand Saraswati for the peasant cause
The Broken WingA collection of poems by Sarojini Naidu, published in 1917 — not a newspaper at all
Indian NationAn English daily published from Patna, associated with the Darbhanga Raj
Nirbal SevakA journal linked with social work among the depressed classes, not with Sahajanand

The wider significance. The Kisan Sabha under Sahajanand pushed the demand for zamindari abolition into national politics. Bihar became the first state to legislate on it after Independence, with the Bihar Land Reforms Act of 1950 — a direct descendant of the agitation his newspapers helped to build.

Hence, the answer is Lok Sangraha.
