Rabindranath Tagore founded the following three institutes :
Shantiniketan, Sriniketan, Vishvabharati
Rabindranath Tagore founded the Brahmacharya Ashram at Shantiniketan in 1901 as an open-air school close to nature.
He established Visva-Bharati in 1921 as an international university meant to be a meeting place of Eastern and Western cultures, and Sriniketan in 1922 as the Institute of Rural Reconstruction for village welfare and crafts.
Geetanjali is his collection of poems, not an institute, while Kalabhavan, Sangeetbhavan, Vidyabhavan, Shikshabhavan and the like are departments (bhavanas) within Visva-Bharati, not separately founded institutes.
Hence, the three institutes founded by Tagore are Shantiniketan, Sriniketan, Vishvabharati.
