Omalizumab is an anti-IgE monoclonal antibody approved for moderate-to-severe allergic asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. It has no proven role in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, which is treated with antifibrotics (pirfenidone, nintedanib). Hence 1 and 3 only are correct.
