Purposive
The dividing line between the two families of sampling is whether every member of the population has a known, non zero probability of being selected. If chance governs the selection it is probability sampling; if the researcher's judgement or convenience governs it, it is non probability sampling.
Purposive sampling is the non probability method here. Also called judgemental sampling, it means the researcher deliberately selects units believed to be most useful for the purpose of the study - typically people with particular expertise, experience or characteristics. Chance plays no part, so no member of the population has a calculable probability of inclusion, and the results cannot be generalised to the population with any measurable confidence. It is nonetheless valuable in qualitative research, in exploratory studies, and where the population of interest is small or hard to reach.
The other three are all probability methods.
Simple random sampling gives every member of the population an equal and independent chance of selection, using a lottery or random numbers. It is the archetype of probability sampling.
Systematic sampling selects every kth unit from a list after a random start. Because the starting point is chosen at random, selection probabilities are known, so it is a probability method; its one caution is that a periodic pattern in the list can bias the sample.
Stratified sampling divides the population into homogeneous strata such as age groups or regions and then draws a random sample within each. Random selection operates inside every stratum, so it remains a probability method, and it improves representation of subgroups.
Other non probability methods, for contrast, include convenience, quota and snowball sampling.
Hence the non-probability sampling method is purposive.
