Dhaka
The correct answer is Dhaka.
The All India Muslim League was founded on 30 December 1906 at Dhaka (then in Bengal Presidency, now the capital of Bangladesh), on the sidelines of the All India Muhammadan Educational Conference. Its formation was proposed by Nawab Salimullah of Dhaka, and Nawab Viqar-ul-Mulk was elected its first president. Its stated objectives were to promote loyalty to the British government, protect the political rights of Indian Muslims and prevent hostility towards other communities. It later became the principal vehicle of Muslim separatist politics leading to the Partition of 1947.
