The correct answer is

Mati and Sruta

Jain epistemology recognises five kinds of knowledge (jnana): Mati, Sruta, Avadhi, Manahparyaya and Kevala.

Mati is knowledge obtained through the senses and mind (perception, memory, recognition, inference), and Sruta is knowledge derived from words, scripture and testimony. These two are the knowledge forms of ordinary, practical life available to every person.

Avadhi (clairvoyance), Manahparyaya (telepathy) and Kevala (omniscience) are supra-sensory forms attained only through spiritual progress. Terms such as ‘Sanmati’, ‘experience’ and ‘theory’ are not the Jain categories.

Hence, according to Jainism, direct practical knowledge is of the types Mati and Sruta.
