SSC MTS Cutoff is the minimum score that aspirants taking the exam will have to obtain in order to move to the next stage. The cutoff will be released twice, first for Paper 1 and second for Paper 2. Cutoffs are released along with the result declaration. Check SSC MTS Result 2020

SSC MTS Previous Years’ Cut off 

Candidates can check below the previous years’ cut off for SSC MTS as they tell a lot about the expected cut off for the coming exam. One can check the minimum marks which will be needed to clear the exam. Moreover, every year cut off generally sees a rising trend so expect the cut off for SSC MTS 2020 accordingly.

SSC MTS Merit List 2020

Merit list contains the details such as name and roll numbers of selected candidates along with their marks obtained in the SSC MTS exam.

  • SSC MTS Result for Paper 1 will be declared in December 2020.
  • Qualified competitors' names are listed in the SSC MTS merit list.
  • Candidates can check the result of Paper 1 by visiting the official website of SSC (Staff Selection Commission).
  • After the display of merit list, students will get selected to appear in Paper 2, which is a descriptive test.
  • The final result date for SSC MTS Exam is yet to be announced.

SSC MTS Selection Process 2020

The selection criterion for SSC MTS exam is qualifying the written tests. There are 2 stages in the selection process that the candidates would have to clear – Paper 1 and Paper 2. The first paper will be of objective type and will act as a preliminary test. Those who are able to attain the cut-off for Paper 1 will be required to appear for Paper 2.

SSC MTS Paper 2 will be descriptive in nature and will be the final exam. All those who are able to obtain the minimum cut-off for this one will have successfully qualified the exam. It must be noted that individual cut-off marks will be decided by SSC for each state or UT. Based on the performance of the candidate in Paper 1, they will be shortlisted for the second round of Paper 2 (if and only if, both the papers are not conducted on the same day). Those who clear both the rounds will be selected for SSC MTS recruitment and their names will appear in the final SSC MTS merit list.

The final selection of the candidate will be based on the verification of the certificates. Original certificates will be returned after the verification. Certified true copies or Photostat copies of the certificates will not be accepted in any case. Hi Sunny. SSC MTS salary is calculated as Gross Salary and In-Hand Salary. Multi Tasking Staff is a general central service Group 'C' non-gazetted, non-ministerial post which falls under Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200 – 20200).
The take-home SSC MTS salary varies from INR 18,000 to 22,000.
