SSC JE Normalization of Marks 2026

SSC JE marks will be normalized if the computer-based exam is conducted in multiple shifts, as per the normalization procedure prescribed by the Commission. The normalized marks will be considered for shortlisting and merit preparation as applicable.

Paper-I marks will be normalized for shortlisting candidates for Paper-II.
Paper-I is qualifying in nature for the purpose of shortlisting.
Normalized marks of Paper-II will be considered for determining the final merit.
Separate merit lists will be prepared for Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical), Scientific Assistant in IMD, and Junior Engineer (Telecom).
