SSC CGL 2017 exam was conducted in various stages. Tier 1 was held from August 5 to August 23, 2017, Tier 2 took place from February 17 to February 22, 2018. SSC CGL 2017 Tier 2 Previous Year Question Paper
SSC CGL 2017 selection process consisted of four stages. Tier 1 was an objective test covering General Intelligence, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English, with each section carrying 50 marks. Tier 2 assessed advanced knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude and English, with each paper carrying 200 marks. Tier 3 was a descriptive paper to assess writing skills, with a total of 100 marks. Tier 4 involved a computer proficiency or skill test, with qualifying marks depending on the job role.
