Two people drive towards each other from two places, which are 56 km apart. The speed of the first person is 12 km/h, and the speed of the other is 14 km/h. After how long will they be 4 km apart if they start driving at the same time?

The correct answer is

2 hours

The correct answer is Option 3 i.e. 2 hours.

Relative speed = 12 + 14 = 26 km/h

Distance to be covered = 56 - 4 = 52 km

Time = 52/26 = 2 hours
