The correct answer is

The logic is:

Column 1: (8 × 4) - 3 = 29

Column 2: (11 × 7) - 6 = 71

Similarly,

Column 3: (14 × ?) - 3 = 67

(14 × ?) = 70

=> ? = 5

Hence, ‘5’ is the correct answer.
