The correct answer is

44 amu

Carbon dioxide has the formula CO2, meaning one carbon atom bonded to two oxygen atoms.

Using standard atomic masses, carbon = 12 amu and oxygen = 16 amu. So the molecular mass = (1 × 12) + (2 × 16) = 12 + 32 = 44 amu.

The values 50, 28 and 32 amu do not match this calculation. (Note that 28 amu is the mass of carbon monoxide, CO, and 32 amu is the mass of an oxygen molecule, O2 — both different molecules from CO2.)
