During the selection process, candidates need to provide a thumb impression at various steps. This requirement proves the authenticity of the candidate. To avoid any discrepancy, candidates must avoid ink or chemical on the thumb used for biometric registration.

Note: It is mandatory to carry documents required during examination for cross verification. Failing which, the candidate might not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
Ques 1: From where the candidates will get registration number and password?
Ans. While filling the SBI Clerk application form, registration number and password will be generated. Candidates will get the credentials immediately after successful registration through auto-generated acknowledgment. You have to keep these credentials safe with you for future reference. With the help of this, you will be able to download the admit card for the exam.
Ques 2: What if the candidates have registered more than once?
Ans. If the candidates have registered more than once, then only the last registration will be considered. Students have to enter the registration number generated during the last submitted application form. Candidates will be allowed to sit for the exam only once.
Ques 3: What if the date of birth is rejected on the login screen?
Ans. Date of birth must be entered in the given format i.e. DD-MM-YYYY. Students must ensure that they have entered the same date during registration. During the time of registration, you must enter the DOB that is mentioned in your 10th class certificate and only use that DOB in other processes of SBI Clerk Examination.
