The direct city clues fix three people at once: A lives in Chennai, B in Mumbai, and D in Jaipur.

A separate clue says the person living in Delhi likes Red, while E's favourite colour is Black.
Since the Delhi resident must like Red, E (who likes Black) cannot be the Delhi person; therefore E lives in Lucknow.
The only city left for C is Delhi, and because the Delhi resident likes Red, C likes Red.
This is consistent with the extra condition that C likes neither Green nor Yellow, so no clue is violated.
