The correct answer is

Headaches, eyes, nose and throat irritation

Photochemical smog forms when nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds, mainly from vehicle exhaust, react in strong sunlight. The reaction produces secondary pollutants such as ground-level ozone, peroxyacetyl nitrate (PAN) and aldehydes, giving the brownish haze typical of cities such as Los Angeles.

Ozone and PAN are strong oxidants and irritants. Exposure causes irritation of the eyes, nose and throat, headaches, coughing, chest discomfort and aggravation of asthma and other respiratory problems. Its effects are therefore felt mainly on the eyes, the respiratory tract and as headaches.

Gastrointestinal disorders arise mainly from contaminated food and water, renal disorders are linked to pollutants such as cadmium and lead entering the body over long periods, and bone disorders are associated with excess fluoride (fluorosis) or cadmium (itai-itai disease). None of these is the characteristic effect of photochemical smog.

Headaches, eyes, nose and throat irritation option is correct.
