Buoyancy

Evaporation is the surface process by which a liquid slowly changes into vapour even below its boiling point.

Its rate is controlled mainly by the exposed surface area of the liquid, since a larger surface lets more molecules escape.

Temperature is another key factor, as heating gives molecules more energy to leave the liquid, while wind speed carries away vapour and keeps the escape going faster.

Humidity of the surrounding air also matters: moist air already holds a lot of vapour, so it slows evaporation, whereas dry air speeds it up.

Buoyancy, on the other hand, is the upward push a fluid exerts on an object placed in it, governed by the object's volume and the fluid's density.

Buoyancy relates to floating and sinking and has no direct role in how fast a liquid surface turns into vapour.

Therefore, the factor that is NOT involved in the rate of evaporation is Buoyancy.
