Where was the first Cricket World Cup held in 1975?
England
The first ICC Cricket World Cup (then called the Prudential World Cup) was held in England in June 1975. Eight teams played 60-overs-a-side matches in white clothing with a red ball.
West Indies, led by Clive Lloyd, won the title by defeating Australia by 17 runs in the final at Lord's, London. England also hosted the next two editions, in 1979 and 1983.
India first co-hosted the World Cup in 1987 (with Pakistan), Australia in 1992 (with New Zealand) and the West Indies in 2007, so none of them hosted the 1975 tournament.
Hence, the answer is England.
