The correct answer is

was delighted with

Two things are wrong with the underlined segment, and both must be fixed.

The voice. Delight used of a person's feeling takes the passive form be delighted. Avika is the one who receives the pleasure, so she is delighted, not delighting. The active form would mean she was pleasing someone else.

The preposition. Delighted is followed by with or by for the thing that causes the pleasure — delighted with the gift. It is never followed by from.

The tense should stay past, since the gift has already been brought.

Correct form: Avika was delighted with the gift you brought for her. This is the answer.

Why the other three fail:

is delighted from — this is the closest rival and fixes the voice correctly, but it keeps the wrong preposition from and also shifts the tense to the present, which clashes with brought.

has delighted about — still active, and about is not used with delighted either.

no substitution required — cannot be chosen, since the original has both faults.

Note the related form: delighted to takes an infinitive — delighted to meet you — while delighted with or delighted by takes a noun.
