The correct answer is

6 cm

The volume of a cube is given by the cube of its side length.

\(\text{Side} = \sqrt[3]{216}\)

\(\sqrt[3]{216} = 6\), since \(6 \times 6 \times 6 = 216\).

Hence, the length of each side of the cube is 6 cm.
