The correct answer is

Only A and C

For the given open dice:

All the four letters except P and R are out of the line. So, they are opposite of each other as shown below:

Next, we take all the letters which are in line. Here, Q is opposite of U and T is opposite of S.

Thus, we can say opposite of

Q ⇔ U, T ⇔ S, P ⇔ R

So, when the cube is folded we will have the cube as : 

Hence, the correct answer is 'option 2'.
