Compared to speed test, a distinguishing feature of power test is ................... .
Overall difficulty level of the test is very high
Psychological tests of ability are classified by the role of time. A speed test contains items of uniformly low difficulty that almost everyone could solve if given time; differences in scores arise only from how many items are completed within a strict time limit.
A power test allows generous (or unlimited) time but contains items arranged in increasing order of difficulty, including some so difficult that no test taker can solve them all. Scores therefore reflect the level of difficulty a person can master, so the overall difficulty level of the test is very high compared with a speed test.
Penalising wrong answers (correction for guessing) can be applied to either type; the number of items is usually larger in a speed test, not a power test; and reverse scoring is a feature of attitude and personality scales with negatively worded items, not of power tests.
Hence, the answer is Overall difficulty level of the test is very high.

Assertion (A) : Online survey tools such as Survey Monkey and Question Pro have made data collection, analysis and result extraction much easier and simpler.
Reason (R) : Though these tools are being used widely without any doubt in recent time, but social research cannot rely always on the results from an online survey because of their inherent limitations.
