The correct answer is

XZW

Check the gaps inside each cluster between the first and second letter, and the first and third letter. In MNL: M→N is +1 and M→L is −1.

In RSQ: R→S is +1 and R→Q is −1; in IJH: I→J is +1 and I→H is −1. So three clusters follow the pattern (first letter, first+1, first−1).

In XZW: X→Z is +2 (not +1) and X→W is −1, which breaks the common pattern.

Hence, the cluster that does not belong to the group is XZW.
