Wall area = 4.5 x 2.8 = 12.6 sq m = 126000 sq cm. Tile area = 30 x 20 = 600 sq cm. Tiles needed = 126000/600 = 210. Adding 8% extra: 210 x 1.08 = 226.8, rounded up to 227 tiles.
