The correct answer is

Daytime valley breeze due to slope heating

During the day the Sun heats mountain slopes more strongly than the valley floor because the slopes face the Sun at a more direct angle and expose a large surface area. The air lying against the warm slopes heats up, becomes less dense and rises. To replace this rising air, cooler air from the valley floor moves up along the slopes. This up-slope flow is called the anabatic wind or the daytime valley breeze.

The observation that slope sensors show higher temperatures than the valley floor and that wind is blowing up from the valley to the slopes matches exactly this daytime valley-breeze pattern. A sea breeze needs a nearby ocean and is a horizontal flow from water to land, not up a slope. A nighttime mountain breeze blows the other way, downslope, after the slopes cool. A land breeze at midday is not a recognised local wind and would not blow up the slopes.

Hence, the answer is Daytime valley breeze due to slope heating.
