The correct answer is

84

Since the ratio of the numbers is \(3:4\) and their HCF is 7, the numbers are \(3 \times 7 = 21\) and \(4 \times 7 = 28\).

LCM \(= \dfrac{\text{product of the numbers}}{\text{HCF}} = \dfrac{21 \times 28}{7}\).

\(= \dfrac{588}{7} = 84\).

Hence, their LCM is 84.
