This question was previously asked in
SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 Question Paper (25-Sep-2025) (Shift 3)
The correct answer is

7:20

Total ratio parts = 2+3+5 = 10, so red = 24, blue = 36, black = 60. After removing 10 red and 20 black: red = 14, black = 40. New ratio = 14:40 = 7:20.
