CSIR NET June 2026 exam center list has been released by NTA on its official website. During the application process, you are supposed to select 4 exam center choices as preferences 1, 2, 3, and 4. The candidates are advised to check/download the same using their Application No. and Date of Birth from the website. In CSIR NET June 2026 application form, candidates are asked to select three choices according to their preference. Candidates are then allotted the center according to suitability.

Documents Required

What to carry to CSIR NET Exam Center?

Candidates are supposed to carry the following documents with them at the Examination center

  • CSIR NET June 2026 Admit Card
  • One Passport Size Photograph (to be pasted in Attendance Sheet during Exam)
  • A valid Government Photo ID Card

What not to carry to CSIR NET Exam Center?

Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items with them to the examination center.

  • Bags
  • Textual/study material
  • Slide Rules, Log Tables etc.
  • Eatables
  • Electronic items
  • Mobile phones
  • Laptops/pagers

Note: Candidates suffering from diabetes are allowed to carry, only after permission from authorities at the center, sugar tablets or fruits as well as transparent water bottles.

Dos & Donts

CSIR NET June 2026 Exam Centre: DOs and DON’Ts

Candidates must take a serious look at the following DOs and DON’Ts, and keep them in mind during their presence at the exam center.

  • Candidates should try to report two hours before the exam.
  • Examination day guidelines as mentioned in the admit has to be read and followed properly.
  • Candidates must make sure that he is at the proper place of their roll number as mentioned on their admit card.
  • For any assistance, candidates should ask the invigilator only.
  • Candidates cannot leave the examination center in the middle of the exam.
  • Chewing, Smoking, and other such activities are not allowed in the examination center.
  • Any kind of fraud or malpractice can get the candidate sent to jail
  • Essential documents as mentioned in the Admit Card must be present with the candidates.

CSIR NET June 2026 Exam Center Instructions

  • Candidates will be allowed entry only after presenting the admit card to the authorities at the center.
  • Only the candidates who are eligible to appear at the mentioned center on the Admit card will be permitted entry.
  • Candidates need to supplement their admit card with government ID Proof to get access to the premises.
  • Any request for the change of center at the time of Exam will not be entertained at the center.
  • Candidates will not be allowed entry into the examination center after the time mentioned on the admit card.
  • Candidates must leave the premises of the Exam center immediately after the conclusion of the Exam.
