Who propounded the 'Uncertainty' principle?
Werner Heisenberg
The uncertainty principle is a fundamental idea of quantum mechanics.
It states that the position and momentum of a particle cannot both be measured exactly at the same time: \(\Delta x \cdot \Delta p \geq \frac{h}{4\pi}\).
It was formulated in 1927 by the German physicist Werner Heisenberg, who received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1932.
Millikan is known for the oil-drop experiment, S. N. Bose for Bose-Einstein statistics and Newton for the laws of motion.
Hence, Werner Heisenberg.
