UPSSSC PET 2026 Question Paper (01-Nov-2026) (Shift-2)
The correct answer is

C. Rajagopalachari

During the Civil Disobedience Movement of 1930, Gandhiji's Dandi March was followed by similar marches to break the salt law in other parts of India.

In the Tamil region, C. Rajagopalachari led a march of volunteers from Tiruchirappalli to Vedaranyam on the Thanjavur coast in April 1930 and broke the salt law there.

K. Kelappan led the salt march in Malabar from Calicut to Payyanur, T. Prakasam was active in Andhra and Madras, and S. Satyamurti was a Madras Congress leader who did not lead this march.

Hence, C. Rajagopalachari.
