The correct answer is

Only II

The human nervous system is broadly divided into the central nervous system (CNS) and the peripheral nervous system (PNS), which work together to sense, process and respond to information.

The central nervous system consists of only two organs, the brain and the spinal cord, which together receive sensory input, integrate it, and issue commands that control and coordinate the body's activities.

The spinal cord, given as statement II, is therefore a part of the CNS. It is a long tube of nervous tissue running through the vertebral column that serves as the main pathway relaying signals between the brain and the rest of the body and also mediates reflex actions.

The heart, given as statement I, is a muscular organ of the circulatory (cardiovascular) system whose role is to pump blood; it is not part of the nervous system. It is richly supplied by nerves of the autonomic (peripheral) system, but that connection does not make the heart itself a nervous-system organ.

So statement I is incorrect while statement II is correct, meaning only the spinal cord among the two listed qualifies as part of the CNS.

Hence, the correct answer is Only II.
