The correct answer is

India

Population density is measured as the number of people per square kilometre of land area.

India has one of the highest population densities in the world among large nations — approximately 464 persons per km² (as per the 2011 Census; the actual density is even higher now with India's population exceeding 1.4 billion).

Australia is one of the least densely populated countries — roughly 3 persons per km², due to its vast, largely uninhabitable interior (the Outback).

Canada is also very sparsely populated — about 4 persons per km² — as most of its land area in the north is subarctic or Arctic.

Russia similarly has a low population density — approximately 9 persons per km² — because of the enormous extent of Siberia and other cold, remote regions.

Hence, among the given options, India has one of the highest population densities.
