The correct answer is

Sundarbans Biosphere Reserve

The Sundarbans in West Bengal form the largest mangrove forest in the world, lying in the delta built by the Ganga, Brahmaputra and Meghna rivers, and are home to the Royal Bengal tiger.

It was declared a biosphere reserve in 1989, and the Sundarbans National Park within it was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987; the reserve is also part of the UNESCO Man and Biosphere network.

The Nilgiri reserve covers Western Ghats forests, the Gulf of Mannar reserve protects coral reefs and seagrass off Tamil Nadu, and Nanda Devi is a Himalayan reserve, so none of them guards the delta mangroves.

Hence, Sundarbans Biosphere Reserve.
