The correct answer is

Vinaya Pitaka

The Tipitaka (literally the "three baskets") is the collection of the earliest Buddhist scriptures, written in the Pali language.

The Vinaya Pitaka is the "basket of discipline"; it contains the rules and regulations governing the conduct and daily life of the monks and nuns (the Sangha), that is, the monastic rules.

The other baskets deal with different subjects: the Sutta Pitaka contains the discourses and sermons of the Buddha, and the Abhidhamma Pitaka contains the philosophical and psychological analysis of his teachings. "Jataka Pitaka" is not a separate basket at all; the Jataka tales (stories of the Buddha's previous births) actually form part of the Sutta Pitaka.

Hence, the basket containing monastic rules is the Vinaya Pitaka.
