The correct answer is

(A), (B), (D) Only

The software development (process) life cycle is a sequence of framework activities that every project passes through: communication and requirement analysis, planning, design, construction (coding and testing), and deployment followed by maintenance.

(A) Requirement Analysis is a core lifecycle phase: the needs of users are gathered, analysed and documented in the SRS.

(B) System Design is a core phase: the architecture, modules, interfaces and data are designed from the requirements.

(C) Code Refactoring is a coding practice used inside construction or maintenance to restructure code without changing behaviour; it is not itself one of the typical lifecycle activities.

(D) Deployment is a core phase: the software is delivered and installed for the customer, with feedback leading into maintenance.

(E) Substructure is not a software process activity at all; it is a term from building construction.

So the typical lifecycle activities are Requirement Analysis, System Design and Deployment; the other combinations bring in refactoring or the unrelated term.

(A), (B), (D) Only option is correct.
