The correct answer is

Article 32; it is called the "heart and soul" of the Constitution

Article 32 of the Indian Constitution guarantees the right to constitutional remedies. It empowers any person whose Fundamental Rights have been violated to move the Supreme Court directly, and the Court can issue writs — habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, certiorari and quo warranto — for their enforcement.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar called Article 32 the “heart and soul of the Constitution” because the other Fundamental Rights would be hollow without an effective enforcement mechanism. Article 32 itself is a Fundamental Right.

The other options are wrong: Article 226 empowers the High Courts (not just for Directive Principles); Article 21 deals with life and personal liberty; Article 14 deals with equality.

Hence the correct answer is option (1).
