Difference in Total Sales

Step 1: Total Sales of Manufacturer M2 (2016 to 2019)

From the table, the sales for M2 are:

  • 2016: 160
  • 2017: 170
  • 2018: 180
  • 2019: 190

Add these values:

160 + 170 + 180 + 190 = 700 (in hundreds) = 70,000

Step 2: Total Sales of Manufacturer M4 (2016 to 2019)

From the table, the sales for M4 are:

  • 2016: 200
  • 2017: 210
  • 2018: 220
  • 2019: 230

Add these values:

200 + 210 + 220 + 230 = 860 (in hundreds) = 86,000
