This question was previously asked in
UPSSSC PET 2026 Question Paper (01-Nov-2026) (Shift-2)
The correct answer is

116·67%

“X is what percentage of Y” means \(\dfrac{X}{Y} \times 100\), with X the 2022 combined sales and Y the 2021 combined sales of Companies B and C.

Step 1 — 2022: \(380 + 390 = 770\).

Step 2 — 2021: \(350 + 310 = 660\).

Step 3 — Percentage = \(\dfrac{770}{660} \times 100 = \dfrac{7}{6} \times 100 = 116.666\ldots \approx 116.67\%\).

120·56%, 112·53% and 125·86% do not equal 770 over 660 as a percentage, so they are wrong.

116·67% option is correct.
